ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Wealth Support Associate will work directly with all Team members to support and facilitate activities in any way necessary to drive the success of the firm. This role will be specifically responsible for supporting the Advisory Team to ensure they have the time and bandwidth to deliver an extremely high level of service to all clients. The Wealth Support Associate will also work directly with both the Vice President of Client Administration and the President on projects and tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the firm.
ACTIONS TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS:
Working directly with Alpine Private Wealth’s Vice President of Client Administration and the Advisory Team, the Wealth Support Associate’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting Advisors by scheduling client meetings including annual client reviews.
- Organizing and overseeing a system for recognizing significant events in our clients’ lives such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, child births, etc.
- Assisting clients when Advisors or Private Client Associates are unavailable.
- Serving as the office notary for Alpine Private Wealth.
- Participating in various weekly meetings with different members of the Team and organizing both agendas and calendars for meetings.
- Supporting the Operations Team with various tasks as necessary.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for clients using the Tamarac system. This includes preparing bound booklets for Annual Investment Reviews.
- Overseeing monthly and quarterly reports to clients whether distributed via email or standard mail.
- Depositing client checks using Schwab Advisor Center Check Deposit tool.
- Helping to coordinate and complete annual mailings.
- Working with the Vice President of Client Administration on different tasks to maintain and enhance the firm’s CRM system.
- Performing various compliance and administrative tasks including document retention duties to ensure proper compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively, respectfully and professionally communicating with all clients, teammates, vendors and partners.
- Completing special projects on an as needed basis, often using Excel.
- Supporting other teammates even when that support calls for duties that are outside of the WealthSupport Associate’s primary job description.

The successful candidate will be an intelligent and highly energetic professional who has experience in the financial services industry or is committed to becoming a financial services professional. The Wealth Support Associate position demands a person with a professional demeanor who enjoys and excels at multi-tasking, is a very effective problem-solver and an optimistic, can-do team player. Additionally, a very strong passion for client service is absolutely critical as are strong organizational skills. Other qualifications include:

- Candidates with experience with the Schwab custodial platform, Salesforce, and/or the Tamarac reporting system will receive special consideration.
