Brian Yost

Office:

Brian has 20 years of experience in private banking and wealth management with Bank of America Private Bank, where he worked directly with high-net-worth families. He led the portfolio management team and served as the local Chief Investment Officer. As a market leader, he also contributed to helping drive, lead, and manage the strategic direction and growth of the St. Louis and Kansas City markets. Brian has a solid educational background, earning his BSBA with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Washington University and his MBA from St. Louis University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA® Institute and CFA® Society of St. Louis.

Because people are interested in having quality of life and peace of mind, Brian believes it is vital for an Advisor to listen and understand the importance of what that means for each client. At the heart of how Brian serves his clients is to design and implement a holistic financial plan; having conversations around other “life” goals and desires is imperative. As a Senior Wealth Advisor at Alpine Private Wealth, Brian can fulfill his passion for building relationships and serving people. He advocates for his clients with advice and solutions in their best interest. Serving as a fiduciary allows Brian to work on his client’s behalf in all areas of their life. As a Managing Director, Brian works with other members of Alpine Private Wealth in expanding services and strategies that are important for clients, including leading the firm’s efforts to expand our Family Office services. The wealth management business is evolving, and Brian’s contributions to direction and strategy will be critical for clients today and the next generation of clients.

Brian is a lifetime resident of St. Louis where he resides with his wife, Rachel, and four daughters. For over a decade, he coached youth soccer and headed up the soccer program at his daughters’ school. While Brian enjoys playing soccer and tennis, fly fishing is his greatest interest. He looks for any opportunity to find a stream to cast a line. Giving back is extremely important to Brian. He has served on numerous boards and committees and has volunteered at many organizations over the years. Today Brian’s focus and passion is supporting adoption and foster care organizations, missionary work in Haiti and serving at his church. Brian and his family have also served as interim care foster parents through Bethany Christian Services.
